Questions & Answers
The Hobby plan is great for getting started and exploring the API. Pro is built for production workloads that need higher throughput. Ultra is for high-volume integrations with bulk export and monitoring. If you need custom limits or SLAs, reach out about Enterprise.
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Annual plans are billed upfront at a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.
Each plan includes a monthly request cap. Requests are counted per API call. If you exceed your cap, requests are throttled until the next billing cycle — we never charge overage fees.
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, with prorated billing for upgrades.
Hermaeus only processes publicly available data from SEC filings and other authoritative sources. Your API queries and usage data are never shared with third parties.
